Custom Syllabus
For home schooled children, a more comprehensive and tailored syllabus can be developed based on individual needs, circumstances and parental requirements.
Family Focused
Claudia and her support tutors actively encourage family involvement in the learning process, recognising that this can be especially beneficial during the formative years of all young children.
SATs Revision
Claudia's Classroom is excited to offer SATs tutoring for students across the UK, covering both KS1 and KS2 SATs. Our comprehensive tutoring programme provides personalised face-to-face support, paired with the best educational resources, to help your child succeed in their upcoming SATs exams.
Fun Learning
Claudia’s Classroom offers a dynamic, modern and holistic approach to home tutoring. Her teaching philosophy centres around making learning enjoyable, with fun as the foundation for all educational activities. Each class is personalised to meet the unique needs, circumstances, and academic goals of every child.
Flexible Programme
The Programme and courses offered are flexible, ranging from targeted sessions to address specific areas of concern, right though to regular weekly/bi-weekly lessons designed to complement any existing school curriculum.
Fun Reading
As well as teaching the key foundation subjects, Claudia and her team encourage a love for reading because it is crucial for your child’s development. Reading builds language skills, enhances cognitive abilities and sparks creativity and imagination. It lays the foundation for academic success by improving vocabulary, comprehension and critical thinking. Beyond academics, reading helps children develop empathy by experiencing different perspectives and nurtures a lifelong love for learning.

A little bit about Claudia...
Claudia is a qualified Primary Teacher with many years of experience, specialising in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. She offers tutoring services across a wide range of subjects, including Maths, English, Science, History, Geography and Guided Reading, all designed to help children excel academically, whilst boosting their confidence.
Having held roles such as Primary Teacher and Head of Science, Claudia brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of how to engage young learners, including those with special educational needs. Her approach is centred around making lessons both enjoyable and educational, ensuring that each child feels capable and motivated.
Claudia’s teaching philosophy is rooted in her belief that learning should be fun and she works closely with her team to create lessons that spark curiosity, creativity and a love for learning. She understands that each child learns in their own way, so she takes the time to tailor her teaching strategies to meet individual needs and ensure every child thrives.
With a background that combines a Teaching Degree and a Journalism Degree, Claudia excels in communication and has a strong passion for education. She is committed to making learning accessible, engaging and enjoyable through interactive activities, real-world examples and giving children the freedom to express themselves.
A firm believer in the power of reading, Claudia focuses on nurturing a love for books as the key to unlocking a child’s academic success. Her goal is to help children build the confidence to embrace new challenges and develop a lifelong passion for learning.
